Phil Riola joined Hauser Private Equity to support Mark Hauser in 2015. Since then, the firm has raised over $1.1Bn in capital and Riola was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer in 2020 to oversee all firm compliance as a registered investment advisor, manage the firm’s policies and procedures, and serve as the liaison for outside counsel.
Prior to joining HPE, he has been a Realtor since the age of 19, and worked in a four-person office at Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills for the Nation’s top producer that transacted over $750M in residential sales over a three-year period. He received his degree in Economics from Pepperdine University.
