Phil Riola joined Hauser Private Equity to support Mark Hauser in 2015, prior to the firm raising over $500M in capital. He has since grown his responsibilities to Chief Compliance Officer in 2020 to oversee all firm compliance being a registered investment advisor, manage the firm’s policies and procedures, and serve as the liaison for outside counsel as well as HPE’s credit relationships.
Phil lives in Los Angeles. Prior to joining HPE, he served on a four-person team based in Beverly Hills that transacted over $700M in residential real estate sales over a three-year period. He received his degree in Economics from Pepperdine University.
